Some time ago the world to monitor the movement of the sun across the comet Ison. Satellite imagery created by the SOHO (Solar and Heliospheric Observatory), this comet is composed mostly of ice that is approaching the Sun. Shortly after crossing, Ison declared lost most of its mass.
