International monitoring team in eastern Ukraine back from the crash site after the Malaysia Airlines MH17 number of pro-Russian separatists there blocking their re-entry area.
European officials said the monitoring team of the Organization for Security and Cooperation in Europe was returning to their base in the city of Donetsk after talks with rebels at the site of the incident.

UN Secretary-General Ban Ki-moon on Wednesday told reporters he was "very upset" because investigators still have not been able to enter the scene as a result of the ongoing conflict there. He said there is still significant evidence at the scene and a number of bodies still missing.
The families of the victims of the incident that killed 298 people on July 17, it was expected the investigation team could get to the scene. A number of bodies were believed to still be there, after the last week of 200 corpses were transported to the Netherlands to be identified.
