Sentences are often circulated in cyberspace it is true. Simple as walking under the morning sun exposure will cause a feeling of happiness in a person. This is not just a mere hoax, but this has been proven in research.

In a national survey involving 1000 people were invited to take a walk in the morning to find himself more happy with simple things. A quarter of them feel happier gets a hug than 100 pounds cash.
