The habit of eating at night may not be a good idea if you are on a diet. As presented Nutritionist, Jaime Mass, RD There are 7 bad habits are often done at night which can make the body fat, as quoted Womenshealth, Saturday (02/08/2014) the following:

1 Great Meal

"When you're stuffed, the body will find it hard to digest. Additionally, eating too much and eating too quickly can make stomach acid up and gain weight," Mass said.

2 Eating before bed

According to Mass, eating before bed can make it difficult to sleep. Yet we know, sleep is needed for the body's metabolism. Eating before bed, further Mass, can increase blood sugar, upset the balance of hormones and increase energy.

3 Consuming Caffeine

"Eating a cup of coffee can interfere with sleep. Though there is mention that caffeine can reduce weight," Mass said.

4 Eating too many carbohydrates

Eating too many carbohydrates, can create unstable blood sugar. Mass says, carbohydrates can cause weight gain. Not only that, if blood sugar rises before bed, you can feel uncomfortable in the middle of the night.

5. Watch TV

"Do not ever snacking at night. Because watching television, we often forget if it is to eat a lot," said Mass.

6 Presenting too many types of food

When you sit down at the dinner table, said Mass, overeating can not be avoided. This is what makes you hard to count how many types or the number of calories you eat. "My advice, if you can, add the vegetables in your food."

7 drinking alcohol

A glass of wine may still be tolerated. But if you get a bottle of wine, can be detrimental to health. Too much consumption of alcohol may create unbalanced hormones and makes you easily satisfied.
