Daulauh Islamiyah seized the town of Sinjar in Iraq

Militants Daulah Islamiyah (formerly: ISIS) seized northern Iraqi cities since June

The UN warned that about 200,000 people forced from their homes after the militants took over again a number of cities in northern Iraq.

Daulah Islamiyah which means it used to be called the Islamic State and ISIS- reported to have taken over the town of Sinjar near the border with Syria.

Previous Daulah Islamiyah Zumar city and seized two oil fields from duku Kurdish Peshmerga forces, Saturday (02.08).

Daulah Islamiyah seized a large number of northern Iraq from the hands of the government in a massive attack last June.

UN special envoy to Iraq, Nickolay Mladenov, said that a "tragedy taking place in Sinjar kemusiaan."

"The UN is very concerned about the physical safety of civilians," he said.

"The humanitarian situation of civilians was reported to be terrible, and they are in need of basic necessities such as food, drinking water, and medicines," he added.

Most people believed to have been displaced by Sinjar troop previous Daulah Islamiyah in northern Iraq.

City dwellers are mostly Kurdish Yazidi community, which is considered heretical by the Daulah Islamiyah militants.
